About the Selected Project: BUKO Infrasupport
The nominated project concerns the collaboration between HubLogiQ and BUKO Infrasupport, a company that specializes in temporary traffic management and road safety solutions. HubLogiQ developed an advanced fleet management system that perfectly matched the needs of BUKO. This system not only offers monitoring of the driving behavior of drivers, but also real-time tracking of mobile traffic lights and integration with tachographs and dashcams.
The implementation of this technology had a direct impact on BUKO’s efficiency. Thanks to the real-time tracking of mobile traffic lights, the company was able to plan better and react faster when deploying materials. In addition, automatic tachograph downloads saved BUKO time and prevented high fines for non-compliance.
One of the most notable results was the reduction of fleet costs with 30% within the first 8 months, mainly by monitoring and improving the driving behavior of the drivers. This cost saving was made possible by an incentive system that rewarded good driving behavior. In addition, BUKO has created new business opportunities by using dashcam footage to monitor road conditions and generate revenue from this data.
Through this customized solution, HubLogiQ has made a significant contribution to the optimization and growth of BUKO's operations.
