Account Manager (Part-time)

Role & Responsibility

You will maintain our existing customer relationships and develop growth opportunities. You will act as a trusted advisor, monitor contracts and drive cross- and upsell initiatives.

Core activities

  • Proactive customer check-ins (telephone & onsite)
  • Drawing up annual account plans
  • Coordinating support and implementation teams
  • Identifying market trends and translating customer feedback into R&D

Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in an account or customer success role
  • Strong communication skills, convincing presenter
  • Good at stakeholder management & prioritization
  • Available on at least 3 working days, one of which is at the office in Ede
