Role & Responsibility
You will maintain our existing customer relationships and develop growth opportunities. You will act as a trusted advisor, monitor contracts and drive cross- and upsell initiatives.
Core activities
- Proactive customer check-ins (telephone & onsite)
- Drawing up annual account plans
- Coordinating support and implementation teams
- Identifying market trends and translating customer feedback into R&D
Profile
- 3+ years of experience in an account or customer success role
- Strong communication skills, convincing presenter
- Good at stakeholder management & prioritization
- Available on at least 3 working days, one of which is at the office in Ede
